Cash4Gold

Life's been unnecessarily dramatic. Retail therapy seems to help.

Also, I've been reading Diggy's blog and it's pretty, in his words, DOPE!

Light Bright

I want more neon clothes. Bought new Tikirani top and straw fedora at UO after having a delicious Thai dinner. The heat is unbearable so I spent my day lounging around. I can only have so much sun in one week.

In Communications 301 we had to pick a famous speech to present and I chose Elizabeth Cady Stanton's "The Destructive Male." So true. I got a 97/100 on my first Introduction speech. Whee!

Today at dinner my mom said, "Andrew's going to be the first one to leave since Berkeley starts in August." Of course I've known this but to hear that fact is sad to me! I'm going to Irvine with Courtney and Huey, but I'm leaving my other friends too. :( I guess that's what ichat is for though.

Chicky Chicky Boom Boom

I'm back! For now at least.  Anyway, life has been much better since it's summer.  Last weekend my momma took me to the mall to get my graduation present - this new MacBook! Loooove it. Graduation is tomorrow and I seriously can not wait.  Here are some pictures from recently activities:

Mamacita

Happy mothers day! This morning went to Zocalo for brunch. The restaurant was lively and beautiful with the huge open windows letting in the cool breeze. The generous portions of food were delicious as well. Can't wait to go back again. After we went to the Roseville Galleria and got free popcorn at Popcornopolis. I also picked up these sunglasses. I need to stock up for the sunny weather in college!

Lobster

Busy days and nights. Visited Nick's tennis match and Amy at track, ate delicious meals, went to a dance, laughed at horrible dance moves, ran around in the crazy storm, etc. etc. I also purchased a Blood is the New Black shirt among various other things.

Saturday night at Andrew's, the metal ball of my study earring got embedded in my cartilage and was bleeding and leaking all over the place. Luckily, Amy and Brian tried to help me push it out and about half an hour later, we got it out. I replaced it with this lobster earring Amy got me for Christmas because it's a lot bigger and the post is longer. Amy put the other lobster in her piercing, so now it looks like we have swimming lobsters on our cartilage. Whee!

Back to outfits soon.

Klepto

Summertime
Betsey Johnson by you.

Just made this collage on polyvore instead of doing homework. Obviously I'm excited for summer and can't focus on the present. I picked up these Betsey Johnson sunglasses earlier as well.  Yes, it is love.

Hobo Day

I love when nail polish doesn't chip. I love my Marc Jacobs jacket and ring I bought last night. And I love Billy's new coat. I'm not too big on excessive homework loads or drunk phone calls, however.

Black Friday

"We need to go shopping sometime. That might sound gay but I feel like you'd be a super savy fashion adviser." - B. Mitch

I took that as a compliment. He was on a search for casual jackets, and actually found some. I didn't know boys liked to get up at 4:30 to go shopping. Anyway, I went to the Folsom Outlet's Midnight Madness. It was pure madness! The lines to the registers were so long, and the lines to even get into stores were longer. There's a point in where it isn't worth it to wait. The people were also extremely rude. I found it hilarious that guys outside the stores were trying to sell Coach bags saying "they ain't hot!" Came home for a nap and we were supposed to wake up early to go shop again, but we overslept. Oh well. Went to the Galleria and got some great purchases. We went to The Counter at The Fountains for lunch. It was so delicious - you get to customize your own burger and they have amazing sweet potato fries and onion strings. Now I'm back to procrastinating and enjoy what's left of break.Hobo gloves are good to shop in - they warm you up while still allowing finger movement.

Bonfire of the Vanity

Monday felt like a Friday since we didn't have school the next day. Gotta love Veteran's day! That night Amy and Huey came over so we could get ready for Ryan's Bust-a-Move event at Zu Club. Later on Brian, Andrew, and Collin came too. We got to cut the line of 1,000 people. I love being a VIP. Hah. I spent the night falling over, cringing at all the indecent exposure, laughing at people's dance moves, and getting lost in drama. It was great. Then, Amy and Huey slept over and we took a million photos.

The next morning I went to San Jose to shop with my mom and sister. I got two free people shirts. Whenever I tell myself to look for winter clothes, it never happens. We went to Santana Row. I love how everything is so cute. I've been wanting to take a picture with the jumbo chess pieces since spring break. We then ate Thai food in Berkeley. Have you seen anything cuter than pineapple fried rice in a pineapple?
Today was "December 1st" in the sense that Amy has decided to give me a present everyday of December, like an advent calendar!
Love the bracelet with all the beads and charms. Going to see the Odd Couple tonight with Amy and Huey. Salam!

Pears

I've been told I need to update my blog. I think people are just nosy and want to hear about my life. That's fine with me though. I sat around all day and I'm currently thinking about Senior Favorites and how the categories are lame instead of doing my homework. At least tomorrow will feel like a Friday since there isn't school Tuesday. Whoohoo!

Thursday was uninspiring, but Amy and I had fun taking these pictures at lunch. We were making fun of the ridiculous couples that basically have sex on the floor at lunch. Nasty.
Free People top, 7FAM Jeans, Onyx sandals

My Friday outfit was cute, but I didn't photograph it because of lack of energy and time. After school I rushed home to pack for awake-a-thon. It was so overcrowded, but we raised $40,000 for Gaucher's disease. That's amazing. The dance was a bust, but hanging out with Amy and Huey was fun. As was laughing at people's horrid dance moves. Being surrounded by a thousand people from 7pm to 7am was draining. I went back to Huey's and slept until my mom got me. Then I went shopping (of course) and got a Pi Poleci and Hale Bob tops. Adorable, but not really adding to my winter wear.

Saturday night I went to Scott's on the river to celebrate my aunt's birthday. Muscles are nasty, but I love calamari! Our waiter said we should work on a cruise because we were folding our napkins into chickens. We learned how from our cruise to the Bahamas this summer! Hah.

Let There Be Light!

Last night all my light bulbs blew out. My mom replaced them this morning and now my room is illuminated once again. I can see! Sadly, Sunday has come again. This weekend was uneventful, though today I got another pair of Steve Madden sandals to add to my collection. I also got the car washed at a new place. I love shiny cars and how the soap is rainbow. They have these really powerful vacuums too that are fun. I just finished watching The Kite Runner. It was definitely not as good as the book. I was disappointed. Now I'm off to do more procrastinating. What a life.

Those are the bracelets I bought at Forever last week that I wanted for a long time. Do you like my new horse shoe pinky ring? It's from Wishing Well.
