Trick

Leopard print pants are funnnn. Especially when they're ridiculously inexpensive and have fun zippers on the bottom. Friends liked them too. This weather is driving me crazy and messed up my plans to wear sandals. Can it just be Spring already?

I was feeling particularly inspired by China Le's sliced up shirt, I did my own rendition at 2am. Not particularly the best time, but I think it came out alright. People at school seemed to be impressed by my "skeleton shirt" and were awed that I made it myself. Which reminds me, I still need to make my dress...

How cute is this?

This weather is making my outfits schizophrenic.

Lobster

Busy days and nights. Visited Nick's tennis match and Amy at track, ate delicious meals, went to a dance, laughed at horrible dance moves, ran around in the crazy storm, etc. etc. I also purchased a Blood is the New Black shirt among various other things.

Saturday night at Andrew's, the metal ball of my study earring got embedded in my cartilage and was bleeding and leaking all over the place. Luckily, Amy and Brian tried to help me push it out and about half an hour later, we got it out. I replaced it with this lobster earring Amy got me for Christmas because it's a lot bigger and the post is longer. Amy put the other lobster in her piercing, so now it looks like we have swimming lobsters on our cartilage. Whee!

Back to outfits soon.

Just Surrender

Forever top, Father's old vest, Mother's old sweater, Grandma's old hobo gloves, Sevens, Boots from Amy

Wow, clothes from all generations! My sister found this vest at my grandma's house a while back and I finally had the right the opportunity to wear it. I'm currently playing around with another plaid one. I discovered this sweater in the downstairs closet last night and was surprised because I forgot all about it! I love the leather and the hood. My mom got me these gloves from my grandma's house and they kept my hands nice and warm, can't say the same with my fingers though... Okay, I'm off to catch up on my tv and find an outfit.

Greetings

Urban jacket, Lace INC tank, Vintage skirt, Random tights, Urban boots

I'm writing this from Chicago, seeing as the wind picked me up and carried me and my umbrella away. Definitely wearing warmer clothes tomorrow.

Listen To Your Body Tonight

That was me pretending to be tall last night. Black mafiaaaa! Tell me why Andrew and Chris Cu have been to my house three days in a row, even though we never do anything here. I do get to hear random stories/facts about people from Christian Brothers though, so it's not all bad. Earlier I drove in the pouring rain, and nobody died! What a success. I did scare Mikey with my lane changes though...

Bittersweet

Teen Vogue March 2008

These pictures are so cute, yet sad at the same time since I don't have a Valentine. Oh well, I'm excited for my Anti-Valentine's Day party tonight.
Cosmos and chocolate covered strawberries? Perfect.

All My Single Ladies

Open slub cardigan, H&M tank, Wannabe bandage skirt, Random tights, Betsey Johnson necklace

It's difficult finding natural light when it's so gloomy out, but I realized I have a huge window by the back stair case, and that worked fine. Today was Valentine's Day at school which was ridiculous with all the balloons and cakes everywhere. Of course I wore black and a face that said "Death to all who oppose me!" I wore this heart necklace though. The teapot, slice of cake, tea cup, and hearts in the necklace move around. Valentines is pointless for the single, but I gave out these cute ribbon roses anyway.

I hate when people come over unannounced, especially after I told them not to come. Pretty sure I gave off a horrible first impression on this guy. He didn't even remember my name. I just had to throw my coat over my p.e. shirt and shorts. Not to add that I wasn't wearing any make up and I didn't really want them to come in so I probably seemed really rude... Aih.

Ps,

Yummmmmy

Pictures To Burn

Rite Aid sweatshirt (hah!), Urban pants and boots, Forever necklace

People are commenting on my all black outfits and saying I look goth. I don't think so at all. Sorry I don't wear American Eagle printed tee's and too tight jeans with converse. Oh well. Despite school driving me crazy lately, I got some great things at UO, had a delicious dinner, and got to see my favorite person. And, I got accepted to another University. Things are getting better.

Bad Face Day?

Michael Kors top, Betsey Johnson necklace

Solution: Crop it out! It'd much rather have a fabulous mask though.

Jury Duty

On and on and on we go
Just like a carousel that's lost control
And we don't know why, we don't know why
We go and go and go in circles

Splendid 5 button tee tshirt (underneath), Nordstrom Rack jacket, Forever headband

Lien said Courtney and I should be on The Sartorialist. Hahaha, what a compliment. The field trip to the court house was boring and the judge freaked me out by saying that nothing on the internet is private and even if you delete something, it can still be found... Does that mean future employers could be reading this blog years from now? If so, hello! And enjoy some Chinese chicken salad!

Do Or Die

Crazy Stuart Weitzman (thigh-high for me) boots.

Missed out on shopping with Brian today because of my crazy sleep schedule. My goal for the night is to be in bed before 4am, but at the rate I'm going, this doesn't seem possible. Court house field trip tomorrow, must paint nails and choose outfit now.

Cyclops

Gap top, vintage skirt, Wet Seal leggings, Urban boots, Stud necklace

I had to drive to school with only one contact in because I lost the left one and ran our of spares. It was a little scary, considering I had poor depth perception. But I had extras in my locker. And no, wearing glasses to school was not an option. Senior year has definitely been stressful with all the college stuff, APs, and whatnot, but I rarely have homework. I enjoy my afternoon naps and weekday excursions.

I Wanna Get Back To The Old Days

C&C top from Huey, Guess pendant necklace

Apparently I was half naked. As if the dress code ever really applies to me.

Risky

INC top worn as dress, Forever jacket with mom's brooch, Cole Haan sandals

To quote Courtney, "Ah, I haven't seen your legs in a while!" I decided to take advantage of this sunny weather and don this top I bought last year. I love the cobalt with the black overlay. It shrunk a couple inches, so I spent last night stretching it. Oh, the things I do for my outfits. Can't wait for it to get even warmer. Then people will stop giving me so many looks and asking me if I'm cold.

I'm currently working on letting little things go, but it's still hard. I know I'm not good at forgiving other peoples' faults, but at least I'm trying. Maybe if everyone didn't insist on being so annoying it'd be easier...

Everything To Me

Now I understand why Whitney from The City liked Jay so much after she saw him play. Tamarama is perfect for relaxing, and this video is pure happiness.

Tamarama - "Everything To Me"

Ultimate

Borrowed Huey top, Urban boots, Guess necklace, Betsey Johnson watch, Nine West bracelet, Tilly's ring

Pretty good paint job considering I did it in the car and then during anatomy, right? Currently watching Gossip Girl and thinking more people should listen to Blaire and realize that leggings are not pants! Come on high schoolers, wear longer shirts. Today some boy said I looked "dead tired" which I found extremely insulting since I was actually awake for once. I feel like it was just because I didn't smile when I saw his face. Five minutes later Peter said "You look awake and happy." Hah! This weekend was filled with lots of shaking, a bee suit, Mac Dre, massages, margaritas, football madness, lip liner, and strobe lights. Hopefully I can get some projects done this weekend. Time for Dante's Inferno and cookies and cream!

For the record, I could care less about football. I just like to dress up. Brian said I looked like Fergie... ahh.

Athletic can be cute. Coach grommet cuff, Betsey Johnson charm bracelet and earrings.
