Drizzly

Of course we go from overly sunny to cloudy. Just in time for Halloween! Hopefully it's not too bad. I refuse to accept that it isn't summer anymore, so I still insist on wearing shorts. I hate hate hate pants. At least it wasn't very cold today.

Olsen Influence

I grew up watching the Olsen twins, and I still love them. Their personal style never ceases to amaze me, from the trendy big sunglasses to excessive layering. The fact that they went to college and Mary-Kate had an eating disorder shows that they're also human. They're strong, smart ladies, and look forward to what other projects they have in the works.

These British Are Coming!

The last two days have been draining. I need sleep. I'm having hot and sour soup for the second time this week. It's official - I'm addicted. The British exchanged students arrived and so far all of them have been really nice. I'm fascinated by accents.

Yesterday after class Huey and I hung out. We both fell asleep - typical. There were also many topics that were in dire need of discussion. I didn't actually photograph my outfit this day because lack of energy, but I found a picture of me in it. The upper back has a cute corset tie and bow.

Today pretty much went like this:
I stayed up until 4am doing assignments that my teacher didn't even collect. I hate when that happens. I actually wasn't that tired, which was shocking. I have to do my English 302 essay before midnight tonight. Better get crackin! It's time to stop with the procrastinating nonsense.

Yesterday I stayed home to do work, but of course, I didn't. At 4pm I went to Fairytale Town with Amy to do the Safe and Super Halloween Event. The theme was Return to Neverland and I was partnered with Courtney passing out candy. I love the little kids that are so excited to get candy and scream "Trick or Treat!!!!" with huge smiles on their faces.

I Feel Fine, All Of The Time!

Today we woke up extremely early to go to Fall Rally at Great America! The bus ride was ridiculous, but funny at the same time. Our division managed to raise the most money for Pediatric Trauma Prevention out of all the divisions there! I was so proud of us. We were runner ups for the spirit battle too. The rides at Great America aren't as good as Animal Kingdom, but it was still fun. Ridiculously hot, but fun. The bus ride was hilarious, and I loved getting to know people better.
Friday's tests were horrible, but hanging with James and Jerome was fun. For those who don't watch Kimora Lee Simmons' show, those are her assistants. Of course, I am Ming Lee. We went to Old Sac to shop at Evangeline's and take pictures by the river.

Later on Amy came over to hang out and sleep. We got three hours of sleep, aih!

Someday You Will Get The Best Of Me

I wish I actually felt as happy as I look in these pictures.

True story. Tomorrow will be better (minus the stats and gov test). But, shopping with the bfferz is always fun.

Paper Cuts

I got a really deep one today at lunch, so now it hurts when I wash my hands and type. Today was a lazy day so I wore my Great Wall Seven For All Mankind sweatshirt and skirt from Hong Kong. How Asian!
Yesterday was a lot more eventful. I got a 194/200 on my Sociology midterm, then went to JFK to drop off Ryan and pick up Huey. Her, Brad, and myself hung out with Hopkins. Naturally, I spent the whole night laughing until my sides hurt.

You've Got It, You've Got It

Tank (UO), Shorts (UO), Necklace (Lucky), Sunglasses (KJL), Sandals (Volcom)

Everyday I look in my pool and pretend it's summer still. Back when I was carefree. Now I sit with stress on my shoulders, but am too lazy to do anything about it. Why can't I just fast forward my life?

I'm sick of school and the tedious work that comes with it. I need a different now.

Hot And Sour Soup

This has become my life. I had some of this delicious soup earlier and enjoyed every bit of it! Someone should bring me some now. Haha I still haven't done my essay. I want to be free and happy! It should be Friday already. I want to take a bubble bath and do my nails.

Two You, Three Me

I overslept today after crashing in my bed last night. Amy drove over and we made our way to Monterey Trails for the DCM and cheer training. That was the most horrible driving experience of my life. We got so lost and ended up in the boonies of Elk Grove. After TWO HOURS of driving in circles and squares, we finally arrived in time for the cheer training. It was fun, despite the incredible heat. We were starving, so we went to McDonald's after. Now I'm supposed to be doing my English essay that is due in 6 hours, but I'm watching The Ring instead. Hah!

Saturday I shopped in the Arden area. Lego was having some event, so my sister and I took a picture with the Star Troopers.
I got a dress at Urban and fabulous cheetah print sunglasses at Loehmanns. At night Andrew came over to do our stats project.

Friday felt like a Monday, so that threw me off quite a bit. I stuck around after school for the bake sale. We made $96, which was a lot more than I thought we would make. All proceeds are going to Pediatric Trauma Prevention. After school we shopped and I got my Halloween costume. Then we went to Rosemont for the college fair.Later on Lindsay drove Stephanie, Amy, and I all the way out to West Sac to Nathaniel's house. We played Kings Cup and other interesting games. Then Amy crashed at my house.

Wow, way too many outfits in this post. The black studded bag is by Betsey Johnson. Purple tank, Urban. White top, Splendid.

What Not To Wear

Stayed up until 5am making my 3x5 note card for my midterm. Got out of bed at 11 to do a little more studying and headed over to city. After my exam, I shopped around the vendors set up and got a rhinestone encrusted scorpion ring. Went home and changed, then met up with Amy at Macy*s. Clinton Kelly from What Not To Wear was the MC for a fashion show about petite women. It was informative, funny, and we got free vitamin water!
I picked up a sequined beret, striped tank top, and canvas bag from Forever. Success! Then we came back to my house to bake for tomorrow's bake sale. Days like these should just be Fridays.

Denver

omelets are amazing. I picked up Courtney and we met up with Amy for breakfast. I loved the late start, but school should have just been canceled. Classes were too short to do anything, so we sat and wasted time. I need to study for my sociology midterm tomorrow. Tomorrow I get to sleep in and and that's way better than going to the sf field trip on a cramped, stinky bus to see a boring play with annoying people.

Anyone notice that I've worn blue all week? Pretty much my mood today:Tank (UO), Shorts (UO), Sandals (Cole Hann)
