Plaid Party

But not really. I just like to be twins with people. Saturday night Huey, Amy, Andrew, and Brian came over to hang out, then we rolled over to Mikey and Alex's 18th birthday party. When we got there there were already 5 cop cars parked, with the cops talking to people at the door. Needless to say, we kept driving. Brian went to talk to Eric at another party, and we sat in his car so long the windows fogged up enough that we drew all over them. We spent the night driving around and finally came back to my house. Jack suddenly appeared totally out of it and said/did the funniest things. The guys left to drive Andrew home, then came back to sleep. I'm sad that break is over, but at least I had some good laughs. I should do my homework... but that probably won't happen until around 12am.

The latest adventie from Amy. Definitely cooler than all the other friendship bracelets out there.

Black Friday

"We need to go shopping sometime. That might sound gay but I feel like you'd be a super savy fashion adviser." - B. Mitch

I took that as a compliment. He was on a search for casual jackets, and actually found some. I didn't know boys liked to get up at 4:30 to go shopping. Anyway, I went to the Folsom Outlet's Midnight Madness. It was pure madness! The lines to the registers were so long, and the lines to even get into stores were longer. There's a point in where it isn't worth it to wait. The people were also extremely rude. I found it hilarious that guys outside the stores were trying to sell Coach bags saying "they ain't hot!" Came home for a nap and we were supposed to wake up early to go shop again, but we overslept. Oh well. Went to the Galleria and got some great purchases. We went to The Counter at The Fountains for lunch. It was so delicious - you get to customize your own burger and they have amazing sweet potato fries and onion strings. Now I'm back to procrastinating and enjoy what's left of break.Hobo gloves are good to shop in - they warm you up while still allowing finger movement.

Gobble Til You Wobble

I hope everyone has a lot of good food to eat, and good company to share it with. I'm going to Courtney's, which is always fun. Then it's on to Black Friday! Hopefully I am able to find presents for other people, not just myself. This break is finally looking up. Yesterday I went to lunch with Andrew, Brian, Collin, and Ryan. Being with guys is more relaxing sometimes. I'm off to do my hair and get dressed now. I'll upload pictures from my adventures later!

Free At Last

But not really because I have a 5-page due before Midnight tomorrow, I'm still revising my personal statements, I have to read The Good Conscience, and work on my term paper. When will break ever actually be a break? At least I'll be in a food coma Thursday night!

Let us all shed a tear for our much missed summer.

Bubbles

Thanksgiving break has finally come! I can't wait to stuff my face and shop until my feet fall off. School has been uneventful and tiring since I've been going to sleep around 3am. I can't wait to sleep in.

Boots and Burritos

I had a long weekend, but it was nice to get off the couch and socialize. Friday night Jerome (Huey) and James (Nick) came over and we went to California Pizza Kitchen. I bought a shirt at Urban after.

Saturday I did major shopping and went to the preview party for Macy's "New Contemporary" section. The clothes have a more urban feel with all the studs, gold embellishments, and whatnot. I'm in love with this navy military jacket. I got a black romper and dress at forever. Later on I went to dinner with Amy, Lindsay, and Natalie, then we rented Teeth and watched it at my house while Amy painted our nails. Now they're red with gold zebra print. The movie is hilariously inappropriate, disgusting, and weird all in one.

Sunday I wasn't feeling well and had to run a million errands. I had a lazy night and curled up on the couch with the Bill. He was shivering so I put him in his festive sweater my grandma knit him.

Gold Overload

Amy and I wore our shirts today and our anatomy teacher said she felt like she was having flashbacks from the 80s. Hah! Gold and leopard print craziness on my wrist, neck, ears, and nails. I finished my homework early for once. Now I'm going to stare at my clothes.

1980

Amy and I went to the Mickey Avalon and Dirt Nasty concert at the Boardwalk tonight. It was amazing! I love their vulgar lyrics and dance moves (or should I say, thrusting). Beardo wasn't too bad either. He did his own remix to M.I.A.'s "Paper Planes." It went more like, "all i wanna do is *bang* *bang* *bang* *bang* *bang* and snort your drugs!" The only downside is that I'm short and tall people seem to love to stand right in front of me. Three fights also broke out right next to me. But what do you expect? Everyone was either drunk, high, or both. Some were actually just plain idiots. It was a good night though! More money down the tube, but well worth it.

Limitless

Urban top, leggings, Urban boots

I decided to change my outfit last minute this morning since it was chilly out. I also wasn't in the mood to wear colors. My tests were okay, hopefully I can manage to pull my grades up. I fell asleep in sociology again. Terrible. I don't like when people expect things without appreciating me. We watched Hamlet in Lit. Although his pizza-shaped beard was nasty, his outfit was inspiring! It'd wear all black if this weather would calm down.

Sail Away

People think that I'm high maintenance because I don't repeat shirts and I believe in cleanliness. In reality, it doesn't take much to make me happy or brighten my day. While I was getting frustrated from all the morning traffic, I was waiting my turn to pull into the parking lot. I was going to let Bill go, but he waved for me to go. That kinda surprised me and reminded me that people can be kind.

Take A Shot

Friday was somber. Black was appropriate. I checked out the Roseville Galleria and the new extension. If they added an Urban, it'd be the new San Francisco.

Saturday I caught up with my sleep. By the time I left my house, it was getting dark out. I got Japanese food and then an ice cream cone. Amy came over later and did my leopard print nails that I've been wanting for a while. She's so skilled.
Today was lazy. I went shopping in the Arden area and got a shirt at Urban. I really need to stop.

Tornado Girl

I fell asleep sitting on my bed last night in my robe with wet hair and the lights on. I woke up at 6:30AM completely disoriented, threw on clothes, and sped away, barely making it to school on time. Teal necklace printed tee, legging pants, sequin beret, and Urban boots - perfect hobo day.

The play last night was great and I was laughing basically the whole time. Partly because I found every other thing sexual. After, Huey and I hit up BK like the fatties we are.
I can never wear one outfit all day - both a blessing and a curse. Amy and I looked fierce in black.
Here was my day outfit:

Bonfire of the Vanity

Monday felt like a Friday since we didn't have school the next day. Gotta love Veteran's day! That night Amy and Huey came over so we could get ready for Ryan's Bust-a-Move event at Zu Club. Later on Brian, Andrew, and Collin came too. We got to cut the line of 1,000 people. I love being a VIP. Hah. I spent the night falling over, cringing at all the indecent exposure, laughing at people's dance moves, and getting lost in drama. It was great. Then, Amy and Huey slept over and we took a million photos.

The next morning I went to San Jose to shop with my mom and sister. I got two free people shirts. Whenever I tell myself to look for winter clothes, it never happens. We went to Santana Row. I love how everything is so cute. I've been wanting to take a picture with the jumbo chess pieces since spring break. We then ate Thai food in Berkeley. Have you seen anything cuter than pineapple fried rice in a pineapple?
Today was "December 1st" in the sense that Amy has decided to give me a present everyday of December, like an advent calendar!
Love the bracelet with all the beads and charms. Going to see the Odd Couple tonight with Amy and Huey. Salam!
