At first, it's harder than usual for you to let go of something that recently occurred. But things will improve, even if it takes a while for you to overcome your negativity. Keep in mind that forcing a positive change of attitude won't work today. Just let the events unfold while knowing that better times are on the way. Believe it or not, the Sun will appear and chase away the dark clouds.
