Glazed Over
Today was a rather short and long day, if that makes any sense. I spent a good half of it at home sleeping, watching the Harry Potter marathon on abcfamily, doing my nails, and getting ready for Huey/Leslie's party. I love birthday parties because I feel honored to be celebrating someone's (in this case, two someone's) special day. I arrived at Viento's fashionably late (of course) and ordered my usual chimichanga. So delicious! I swear one day I will turn into a chimichanga. Then we went to Leslie's to open presents, eat cake, and just hang out. Leslie turned on the television and we started watching The Fifth Element. Oh my god, that movie is ridiculous. I couldn't handle it. The naked, blue, singing alien, the random chocolate head, the orange hair lady, it was all too much.
Now I'm at home, laying on my bed, putting off studying for Psychology once again. It's okay though, my class isn't for another 11 hours.
